My first ever gym program. Easy to follow, easy to understand alternate exercises. Would have liked more glute/leg work. Added a glute exercise to each day, but saw solid upper body gains.

Program is pretty solid. Swapped a couple exercises that coach would recommend on a few. Made some pretty good gains and is pretty efficient. Anybody that is new to training should definitely give it a try, accommodates pretty well for anyone.

Good program for beginners. Although, I would start with 2 sets each exercise instead of 3 if just beginning.

Good program, but i don't understand having leg extensions as an alternative to neck curls, especially when leg extensions are optimal earlier on the same day. Seems like an oversight, but should be rectified. Program could be improved by adding a shrug variation for trap development and perhaps some direct forearm work.
