This is my program. I ran it before publishing. I had great progress. Increased my snatch by 14 lbs, clean & jerk by 19 lbs, back squat by 5 lbs, clean by 10 lbs. This is the most progress I’ve made on snatch and C&J in a single program. Had to alter the program occasionally on days I had time constraints. Which limited the amount of heavy exposures I got near the last few weeks. Still made great progress. Would recommend to anyone experienced in Olympic weightlifting. That would also like to do more hypertrophy work, not often included in these types of programs.
