Excellent program. I knew about the idea of the conjugate system over the years but this is my first time running it. I could go on for a long time, but simply I think this program has really thoughtful/balanced exercise selection and more than enough volume for most people, but doesn't completely bury your CNS like some other ones can. Has addressed a lot of weaknesses in movements I never trained and the Lu Raises have helped my shoulder strength and mobility a ton. The max effort and dynamic effort lower body days take a lot longer than 60 mins for me, and the dynamic effort day often feels harder... One modification I made was to make sure I complete at least 2 reps, up to 3-4 if they're feeling good, above 90% on the max effort lifts for extra stimulus and that has seemed to work better for me. Give this one a try!
