More than expected strength gains

More than expected muscle gains

No modifications

On week 6 of the program and hit 140kg bench on week 5 day 4 (was suppose to only hit 132.5kg) that’s a 5kg PR in 5 weeks. Amazing!! Excited for week 12 day 3 when I go for PR’s after a deload
