My goal is to give any lifter whether advanced or newbie a well strucktured program that is simple but guarantees great results.
After one month training block take one week off and recover HARDER THAN LAST TIME!!!

Get a training partner, force reps after failure till your muscle gives out. 6-10reps

Seated Dip (Machine)

Incline Chest Press (Machine)

Tricep Pushdown (Cable)

Shoulder Press (Plate Loaded)

Push monday

Have a partner force atleast 5 reps after failiure 6-10reps to regular failiure then force.

Pull-Up (Weighted)

Pullover (Machine)

Barbell Row

Bicep Curl (Dumbbell)

Bicep Curl (Cable)

Pull Tuesday 

Incline Bench Press (Dumbbell)

Chest/back Friday

Preacher Curl (EZ Bar)

High Row

Lat Pulldown (Close Grip)

More reps than usual, do the compund exercises first then isolation, very important.


Squat (Barbell)

Deadlift (Barbell)

Leg Curl

Leg Extension

Leg Press (45 Degrees)

Legs ;) wednesday

As always let someone help you force the last few reps, grow 20inch arms first ask questions later;)
