Requires so much equipment. If you have access to a gym then there are far better workouts.

All of these workouts I’ve never heard before and they are too complicated to learn with shitty YouTube videos. I don’t own bands and I, and a lot of middle class America. Don’t own a gymnastics bar.

- Came from GZCLP - Needs equipment for later part of progressions :l - Does take a good amount of time if you focus on proper form (takes me about 60-80 minutes… I have bad endurance) - On cut and recomp so I leaned out, less than expected gains on chest and shoulders but lats and abs became much more defined.

As a former calisthenics enjoyer, I got scared after the first glance. 17 exercises with random supersets and the chaotic names... Just too much. Rather go to the gym.

First day excercises already require equipment (i.e. bars) that I don't have at home

I was hospitalized for an injury about 2 years ago that completely changed my life. I felt like I didn't know who I was anymore. Recently, I found the motivation to start trying to get my physical and mental health back on track. I was always pretty athletic and strong throughout my life but had lost any and all muscle mass I once had, along with gaining around 40 lbs of fat. During the first week I was barely able to do all of the exercises which was demotivating. I'm not on my fourth week and am truly happy to see my body already changing. My training volume has increased in every area, I am already seeing changes to my body composition when I look in the mirror (nothing crazy but there are noticeable improvements both in muscle mass and fat loss), and I look forward to continuing this routine while trying to improve my abilities. The fact that this entire regimen can be done from home with little to no equipment at all is amazing! It's tough to want to begin exercising again without a home gym or the ability to sign up for a real gym without even having exercise formed as a habit, so learning how to build a great base with just bodyweight exercises truly had me sold! tldr: I would highly recommend this program and app to anyone looking to begin their fitness journey or get back to where they used to be.
