I'm doing Scooby's pull up progression since I was having trouble with arch hangs.

It’s a good workout, takes a while which is what makes me less likely to want to go do it, but it’s definitely worth it. You have progression levels on each exercise so when you max it you move to the next one. Great workout overall

Great so far. A month in, and I'm already seeing muscle gains. I have a squat rack, rings, tricep bars, and bands, and I get a ton of pump and there's tons of variations, especially if you throw a pair of dumbbells in too.

Requires so much equipment. If you have access to a gym then there are far better workouts.

All of these workouts I’ve never heard before and they are too complicated to learn with shitty YouTube videos. I don’t own bands and I, and a lot of middle class America. Don’t own a gymnastics bar.

- Came from GZCLP - Needs equipment for later part of progressions :l - Does take a good amount of time if you focus on proper form (takes me about 60-80 minutes… I have bad endurance) - On cut and recomp so I leaned out, less than expected gains on chest and shoulders but lats and abs became much more defined.

As a former calisthenics enjoyer, I got scared after the first glance. 17 exercises with random supersets and the chaotic names... Just too much. Rather go to the gym.

First day excercises already require equipment (i.e. bars) that I don't have at home

This program does require equipment I don't have.
