How experienced are you with lifting weights?

Beginner
You have not lifted consistently in your life and you would like the learn the fundamentals. Trainees at this level need to get familiar with using bodyweight exercises, machines, and free weights.
Novice
Under 1 year of consistent lifting, or you have trained but have taken more than a 6 month break. Trainees at this level are able to progress weights or reps from workout to workout.
Intermediate
1-3 years of consistent training and want to take it to the next level. Trainees at this level are able to progress weights or reps from month to month.
Advanced
Over 3 years of consistent training and have completed many training programs in the past. Trainees at this level find progress hard to come by and require advanced training.
