20 reviews for Old School Size and Strength
The Old School Strength and Size Program is Peter Khatcherians go to training system for adding massive amounts of muscle and strength for intermediate and advanced lifters.
The principles are based on both old school strength training methods, as well as higher volume bodybuilding methods of the pumping iron era.
Bodybuilders in the 60's and 70's were both brutality strong and had physiques that many will argue as the greatest in the history of bodybuilding.
If you want to have a physique like a classic old school bodybuilder but also want the strength that comes with it, this is for you!

Great program so far! I’ve seen some significant improvement in my muscle mass and strength. Overall calorie burn has increased as well. The second leg day really burns!!

I love this program! I’ve been away from the gym for almost 2 years. I started this program in December of 23 until now and I’ve seen and felt significant progress. This is the most mass I’ve gained and strongest I’ve felt in a long time. I’ve gained at least 5-7 lbs of muscle.

This is an excellent blend of strength and muscle building. While I have not completed the program, my weights have increased on each lift and there is a noticeable difference in my physique. I was hesitant to stick with this, as there is no variation in the exercises week-by-week. It is the same template each week. However, I cannot deny the results I’m seeing so far.

Don't waste your money, if you're expecting any variations over the 12 weeks. There is a deload in week 7 and you'll do 6 reps instead of 5 in week 7. Excersises and rep- scheme from week 1 will stay the same. That's it.

4 weeks in, most major lifts have gone up 20-25+ kgs. I would say I was bottomed out muscularly but not neurologically as my workouts have been in maintenance mode for about 4 months. I have made significant gains in muscularity all around. Arms were 16” prior, now at 17”. Legs were 34” ish and are now close to 36”. Very impressed so far with the program

I always warm up shoulders with lots of dumbell exercises before main overhead lifts as had shoulder injury years ago but been strong ever since. I always do knees over toes and then lower body stretching before getting into heavy squats. I always go best form I can and lower weight.

This program was really helpful in building gains and created a structure to follow for 12 weeks.

This Programm works for enhanced lifters, but not for natural Lifters. It's way to much Volume for natural BB. But for others it'll work for sure.
