I finished the 8 week program and am very happy with my results. It fit very well with my PT schedule, so I ended up doing some kind of strength training 5 days per week. I’m happy with how my arms look, more defined and slimmer. I’m seeing definition in my legs I haven’t seen in a while. Good program to get back in the swing of things.

I used the program to reconnect to fitness and try the app out too. Im chronically ill, so I did not follow the program all the way through yet. Its been good, flexible. Rep count is very high so I will set it down, personally.

Great workout to get into the routine of going to the gym and starting slow. I don’t feel like I can visually see much change but I feel stronger and more confident in my body, routine and over all motivation to keep going
