I really enjoyed this program. I've been struggling with consistency and this helped a lot. I was able to increase the intensity in later weeks and the split works really well. I was never overly fatigued after proper rest days. Day 1 is a bit longer than the other days so set aside a little longer for that one and give adequate rest. I made minimal substitutions based on my equipment but rack, bench and dumbbells covers 99%

First time working out in over 20 years. Great for getting me back into lifting. Achieved the results in 4 weeks I was hoping to see after 8 weeks.

Really enjoying the program. Seems a perfect balance of Intensity/volume as you strive to achieve your best in every movement. The structure makes it simple to truly progress and the time it takes to complete with adequate rests feels just right. Only had to swap a few exercises due to equipment but the swaps are already configured. Many thanks to the program creator and to Boostcamp for sharing this awesome plan for free 👍

It's been a great program after a month break. The workouts are done in an hour or less and everything feels worked. I love not having to rely on machines in a busy gym. I've really enjoyed this program so far. The break in excessive volume some other programs have has been great and I seem to be responding far better to it. I'm interested to see where my strength and body composition is at after the 8 weeks.

Great HomeGym program. I'm a 44 year old man and have been training since I was 17. In the last couple of years lots of on and off due to family and job responsibilities, I've started to train consistently again in January 2024 (RP Hypertrophy) with some gains but not that overwhelming. I started this program in November 2024 and it helped me to grow my arms from 41,5 cm up to 43.5 cm and my legs from 61.5 to 66.5 cm. The bodyweight stayed between 88-90 kg (I'm 1.84 m tall). Thank you @basement bodybuilding and great YouTube channel btw.

Less volume means crank the intensity of each set and you’ll see gains

Solid program for a gym with little workout equipment. I had taken a break from the gym, and this program gave me enough to grow my strength and endurance back up while still seeing results.

The simplicity in progression has been what I've needed as an intermediate lifter. Other programs have progression systems that can make me overthink it, or involve RPE systems that leave me wondering if I'm actually working hard enough to stimulate muscle growth. As a natural, nearly 40 years old, I can say with confidence that this has been the best program I've tried on this app so far. The all-out sets are tempered with dialing back volume, where other programs that call for regularly hitting RPE 10 have too much volume/frequency for me to recover from, this one seems to hit the sweet spot for me, keeping it fun and engaging with the hard effort sets. I also enjoy the extra back work on leg days.
