PROGRAM VARIATIONS

THE HYBRID
Hybrid is good for all experience levels. specifically people who want to just try out Full Body Workouts. You get an arm day, along with a classic upper/lower duo of sessions. One full body day is included. This split is also really good for intermediate or advanced trainees with strength minded goals, because it leaves room to fit in enough frequency for your compound lifts, along with enough rest to recover from them. Overall, this version is for people that want to get a little of everything. Newer lifters should set their volume on the lower side, intermediate and advanced lifters can use more volume.

THE HUNTER
The Hunter is great for intermediate or advanced lifter that enjoy the recovery benefits of full body training, along with the work capacity gains. This split works best for those with hypertrophy minded goals, as recovery will start to become encumbered for those that want to pursue increasing strength in BIG HEAVY compound lifts. This program WILL make you stronger, but in a general sense.

I appreciate this program. Im feeling and looking much stronger. And of course visible abs finally!😭 Lot of neck extensions my man doesn't want me to be a pencil neck. Def makes me look bigger lol. Ive for once never skipped my leg exercises on this program. Under my own custom one i made I would skip them šŸ˜…. I am likely gonna do this program again and see where i go from there

Yes I would recommend for others. Very swell program. What I would say was hard for me was realizing when exactly in the program I needed to increase my strength. Maybe advice as to when to breathe like slow or dafter the workout. Just general things.

Overall good program, especially for the lats and chest. Very time efficient too I'm surprised by the lack of rowing, little rear delt work and biceps direct work (not counting chin ups)

Had to make a fair amount of modifications on which workouts and order of then due to equipment limitations. Workout needs a solid 1.5-2hrs to complete.

Great program to get u bigger and stronger. I had to stop after 4 weeks because I was getting too big šŸ˜…, play soccer too and I couldnt turn properly on the field because of size. Overall can really recommand this program.

Beast Slayer is an amazing program. This is my first time running a full body program and I am seeing phenomenal gains. I have been on a year and a half lifting hiatus so I’m running it on a recomp. Getting complements from the father in law that I’m looking wide now. Thanks Coach Paris, I see you 🦾
