Beast Slayer - Berserk Method Full Body Program
i recommend, good for begginers
Hits the muscles that most programs neglect. This is a great program to run inbetween your preferred ones to ensure a good mix of exercises that you likely are not doing. Only negative is that it by design only minimally targets some muscle groups, which should be fine as again, you are probably overworking them with most bread and butter programs.
High enough volume that I’m seeing changes early and get a good sweat/workout but can get done in about an hour. Not too much volume that I’m over training any particular muscle group. Well balanced. I might try to add, in between the full body days, some more targeted PPL days/muscle groups to target deficiencies specific to me.

I love this split. Plenty of volume for everything and ample time to recover between days. Only 4 weeks in but still getting more weight and more reps weekly.
Awesome program so far, love that it starts with legs everyday, I feel like I’ve seen plenty of growth in them. Quite arm heavy, which is fine. But in my personal case I could use some more back volume, so I had to switch out some exercises
Made some small changes towards the back end as I noticed certain muscle groups would become fatigued too quickly. Overall very good.
Amazing, way better than any other program
