PROGRAM VARIATIONS
THE HYBRID
Hybrid is good for all experience levels. specifically people who want to just try out Full Body Workouts. You get an arm day, along with a classic upper/lower duo of sessions. One full body day is included. This split is also really good for intermediate or advanced trainees with strength minded goals, because it leaves room to fit in enough frequency for your compound lifts, along with enough rest to recover from them. Overall, this version is for people that want to get a little of everything. Newer lifters should set their volume on the lower side, intermediate and advanced lifters can use more volume.
THE HUNTER
The Hunter is great for intermediate or advanced lifter that enjoy the recovery benefits of full body training, along with the work capacity gains. This split works best for those with hypertrophy minded goals, as recovery will start to become encumbered for those that want to pursue increasing strength in BIG HEAVY compound lifts. This program WILL make you stronger, but in a general sense.

3 day Full-body is very good. Long workouts, 2 hours + but because it's 3 days, recovery is very good also.

There are too many programs, and even when you narrow it down. So i wasted time on a program that's not good for me. I'll try another one but The recommendations need to be better

Heard beast slayer 2 is about to drop so i have to come here to leave a review Great program for beginner like me. (skinny guy tried to gain weight and strength) Easy to adapt and modify for personal use. Great hypertrophy/strength balance. (not just “get big” = look good, this programs helps beginner lifter focus on more noticible muscles and general strength) Great time, see yall in Beast Slayer 2

This is my first program since coming back to the finest after 4 years and I've seen great results. This is definitely a time saver for those who are new in fitness, getting fat loss or in deficit. A lot of compound lifts that help you get stronger and gain muscles. Definitely this program will not help you unless you are not counting your calorie intake.

Adaptability of Beast Slayer is a 9/10, strongest feature of this program by far. Being able to swap exercises to a calisthenics/home variant allows for flexibility on days where I don’t want to go to a commercial gym. A 3 day full body variant exists as well which is great for busy users.

This program is excellent for beginners such as myself. It feels very balanced and easy to modify as needed.

Love this one so far. I am cutting at the moment so no struct gains. Really love exercise selection for the most part. Super great program for those who are very busy. Can’t wait to try more!
